Hei! We are Norsk Bakehouse
We bake homemade traditional Scandinavian tower cakes called Kransekake. They are made up of individual rings of almond macaroon, stacked one on top of the other and decorated with icing sugar. We make them using our old family recipe and they’re even gluten free.
Each ring is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We like to share them with friends; pulling the rings apart one by one. Typically they are eaten at celebrations but we can supply them for any occasion.
